AI agents are impressive, but they aren't always the answer. Sometimes a three-step automation does the job better, with less maintenance and no surprises.
You don't need an agent when questions repeat and have one fixed answer — a saved reply or a form is enough.
You don't need one when message volume is low — a few enquiries a day are handled well with a reminder and a tidy CRM.
And be careful when every answer requires professional judgement or a commitment — there the agent can at most collect details and hand over.
In the mapping call I'll tell you honestly whether an AI agent is worth it for your business, or whether to start with something simpler. You can start from AI agents for business owners.
