The common mistake: picking the system with the most features. In a small business, a CRM nobody opens daily is just another spreadsheet.
The first question I ask: where do leads come from? WhatsApp, a site form, Facebook or phone — the system should capture all of them automatically.
Second: who uses it? If it's only the owner, a comfortable mobile app beats advanced reports.
Third: what are the sales stages? Four or five usually suffice: new lead, contacted, meeting, proposal, won.
Fourth and fifth: which integrations you need (calendar, invoices, WhatsApp) and how to export your data if you ever switch.
In the mapping call I go through these questions with you and suggest one system that fits — without recommending tools you don't need. You can start from CRM systems.
